Managing Director & Co-Founder
Markus has spent over fifteen years structuring receivables financing facilities for healthcare businesses across the DACH region. He co-founded DLAZ GmbH after identifying the gap between what dental laboratories needed and what general factoring providers could actually deliver. He oversees strategy, partnerships, and regulatory compliance.
Head of Client Operations
Sandra manages the onboarding process, account management team, and day-to-day client relationships. Before joining DLAZ GmbH, she spent eight years in laboratory administration roles, giving her a practical understanding of how billing issues affect production schedules and supplier relationships. She is the first point of escalation for any client concern.
Senior Finance & Risk Analyst
Thomas is responsible for evaluating debtor portfolios, setting advance rates, and monitoring the credit quality of the receivables we fund. He holds a degree in financial mathematics and has previously worked in credit risk roles at a European commercial bank. His analysis ensures that DLAZ GmbH can offer competitive advance rates while maintaining financial prudence.
Billing Services Manager
Lena leads the billing services division, overseeing invoice preparation, submission, and follow-up for all laboratories that outsource their billing to us. She has deep knowledge of dental insurer requirements and coding standards in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Her team consistently achieves first-submission acceptance rates above industry benchmarks.
Technology & Data Security Officer
Felix manages the client portal, integration infrastructure, and data security framework at DLAZ GmbH. He ensures all systems meet GDPR requirements and undergo regular third-party penetration testing. Felix also drives the continuous improvement of the reporting tools available to our laboratory clients.
